## About this game

**Links Manager** is a football-manager-style management sim for golf. You run

a golf academy across 26-week seasons: sign young talent, hire coaches and

caddies, pick tournaments, manage money, and guide your golfers from junior

events all the way to the majors.

- **Multi-season careers** — golfers age, develop, decline and retire; 15-year-old regens of retired legends emerge, fresh youth intake arrives every year, and every season brings new coaches, sponsors and board objectives.

- **Live tournaments** — follow every round with realistic tee times and pairings, live leaderboards, cuts, and sudden-death playoffs that play out shot by shot when your golfer is involved.

- **True team match play** — the Ryder Cup, Solheim Cup, Walker Cup and Curtis Cup play out like the real thing: locked teams, captain press conferences, fourballs and foursomes, Sunday singles, and a live points tally.

- **Coaching staff & caddies** — hire swing, fitness and mental coaches, pair golfers with caddies, and watch form, morale and chemistry shape results.

- **Sponsors with tiers** — win tournaments and majors to grow your reputation from Local to Global Elite, unlocking bigger weekly payments and win bonuses.

- **Transfer market** — scout and sign wonderkids from 12 rival academies around the world.

- **Injuries, form and absences** — weekly injury risk, family absences, and a rustiness penalty after long layoffs keep squad management honest.

- **World rankings & Order of Merit** — season-long money race with £100k/£50k/£25k academy bonuses for the top three.

- **Seniors tour** — careers can stretch to 50+, with dedicated senior events for your veterans.

- **Board pressure** — live objectives, board confidence and fan approval decide how much backing you get.
