Kayfabe Empire is a wrestling promoter simulation. You don't play the matches — you run the company. Pick a promotion, book the shows, push the right wrestlers, keep the finances alive and climb from local indie to national powerhouse.

Take over a promotion

Choose from nine fictional promotions — including Apex Championship Wrestling (USA), Grand Budokan Pro and Rising Sun Pro-Wrestling (Japan), and Consejo Lucha Dorada and Furia Total Lucha (Mexico) — or start an original indie of your own. Set your difficulty and a career goal, from surviving your first year to building an empire.

Book the card

Build every show match by match: pick the wrestlers, set stipulations, decide who's getting pushed and who's being pulled back — or let Auto-Book draft a card and tweak it. Run weekly TV, house shows and pay-per-views, then watch each show play out live with commentary, or skip straight to the results.

Run the business

- Roster: sign talent, manage momentum, turn wrestlers heel or face, and hire staff — including a head booker who can run the card for you

- Story arcs: launch Betrayal, Underdog and Masked Attacker storylines and play them out over weeks

- Titles: championships to chase, defend and build your shows around

- Finance: ticket income, payroll and a full ledger — fame doesn't pay the bills

- TV & PPV: negotiate deals and upgrade your broadcast reach as the promotion grows

- A living world: on-screen authority figures with their own agendas, referees with distinct traits, touring cities that favour different wrestling styles, and achievements to unlock

Made to be yours

Every wrestler, promotion and show name in the game is fictional — and editable. Rename the roster, make the promotion your own, and book the wrestling world the way you always wanted it run. Even the rival federations can be edited — names, regions, tiers, popularity — and you can upload your own logos throughout.

How to play

Download the single HTML file after purchase and open it in any modern browser (PC or mobile). No install, no account, nothing else needed. Your saves live in your browser via the in-game Save / Load screen, with multiple save slots.
